My background is heavily rooted in the recruitment sector. I’ve over 20 years’ experience in search and selection and have participated in numerous public and private sector interview boards. I’ve worked across all professions and have an expertise in Finance and Accounting. In 2019, I qualified as a Business and Executive coach with the Irish Management Institute and am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
