As an Executive Coach I work in partnership with professionals, empowering them to achieve their goals and maximise their performance.

In each session, I actively listen, creating a safe, non-judgemental space for you to work through your situation. Providing both support and challenge frees you to see your situation from a fresh perspective allowing you to generate new ideas and creative solutions.

Coaching normally spans 4 to 6 sessions.

Typical Coaching Process 
Goal Setting

Pre-coaching questionnaire to establish goals to be achieved in the sessions.

Coaching Sessions

Four to six coaching sessions of two-hour duration. These can be done face-to-face, via Skype/Zoom or on the telephone.

Monitor Progress

Interim check-ins via phone/email as need by you.


Exercises given between sessions to reinforce your goals.

Review & Future Plan

Closing session will include a review to assess coaching results and plan for continued development.
